Just the Beginning: Continuous Planning for Business and Building a stronger workflow.
This week has been successful on the business side. I Had the honor of photographing 3 Brothers ages 17, 21 & 6 mos. I enjoyed watching them interact. To see such older brothers show love to their baby brother was priceless!
I am in the process of making some fun plans to help the growth of Simply L.K.C. Photography. I am planning to attend a few workshops and challenge my artistic eye. I am prating i will have to support needed to reach my goals to attend these workshops. Details coming soon!
I took a few shots of my hubby outside in the snow. It was fun and challenging. I am grateful for his willingness to support me in any way possible. I am Blessed to have a Husband and Friend like him!
As you will see below I have the same goals to work on. I will soon make a list of small and large projects to check off my list.

The Family Life: Family Organization
Well last week was the beginning of the biggest looser contest. I didn't do horrible but not GREAT either. I did a few workouts but I wasn't as dedicated either. I completed a workout today.
( https://youtu.be/VhVkLEDcCJY ). As I mentioned before my time between work, more work, being a mother and wife; I have LIMITED time . So this 6 Minute HITT Leg day workout was perfect for me! I don't have any specific people I follow at the moment, I just find workouts that I enjoy and that look challenging. So stay with me everyone and watch me transform. My eating habits now …. they are pretty much the same, MINUS all the sweets and PLUS A LOT of H2O! I have really limited myself to little to no sweets! I plan to cut them out completely for a while so that I can learn to control my cravings!

Baked Chicken
For myself, my breakfasts usually consist of Egg, tomato, avocado and some type of fruit and water. I Snack later on some whole grain oats or granola. I do not have a routine for my lunches yet, but have been trying to stick with grilled chicken and a veggie.
*my kiddies are with their grandparents through the week. So breakfast and lunch are usually consumed with them. They almost ALWAYS drink water with their meals and have other options maybe 2x a week or sometimes with breakfast.
Our monthly activities are slowly coming together and the preplanned date nights are also in process and very fun to discuss.

Well, everyone it has been fun chatting it up but I have some editing and studying to do.

It's the beginning of the week! I hope you all had a marvelous monday, I know I did. I had an eventful weekend. I photographed two sweet baby boys and had a blast doing what I LOVE! The two photos above are from last weekends session.
Continuing to learn just makes me so eager to strive for a Greater Success.
Although my everyday life is filled with so many obstacles I find time to practice my Passion. This week I have worked on some set Pricing, planning some special edgy, fun and energetic. I love to be unique and step outside the box with my clients. I look forward to meeting more photographers and clients who are open minded and ready to express their personality through photos.

The Biggest Loser Contest has begun, I have not prepared myself well at all. Unfortunately I am having a lot of trouble trying to find time between a 5:00 am wake up 35 min commute to work (this is dropping off my kiddies then doubling back to go to work) 2x a day and finding time to go to the gym either before 5:00 am or after my commute back home, which lands me home around 4:30pm.
What to do, what to do? Do I wake up myself and the kids earlier? Do I stay later and get home later with the kids after getting some gym time in? Waiting later will push back dinner time, and waking early is just hard on the kids. Ummm, so yeah, there id s little bit of a look inside my struggle. choose between NO SLEEP or NO SLEEP!! lol
Ok, so back to planning. I have spoke with a dear friend/coach about some workout plans and meal changes. This is a tough one. Although planning the family meals helps with keeping a budget and keeping us healthy. Weekly planning is a must!
Next week I will provide you with a weekly meal plan along with a few yummy pictures.

Hey all!!! 2016 has started off great. I have been planning and organizing with success!!!! WooHoo Me!!! On top of planning I have been studying daily to vamp up my skills as a business owner and photographer. It is so exciting to know that improving my skills will not only benefit me, it will also help me to better serve my clients.
Reason for late post: Unfortunately I did not have access to posting this past weekend while hubby and I went on a well needed get away!! I had been about 5yrs since we have went out on a date for longer than a couple hours and not just a date night out to eat! We had a great time with friends and just enjoyed each others company without interruption.
Still to work on : networking, Small weekly projects and large monthly projects.

On the personal side…… I will be signing up for the Biggest Loser Contest at my job, and working my butt off to win!! The contest starts the 15th and I am NOT ready to give up my cookies and *Extra Vamped up coffee* (a little bit of coffee with a ton of creamer and sugar).
I will let you know what I choose as my eating plan and work out routine.
So with me now having to plan out my meals, I think it is the perfect time to plan out the family’s weekly meals as well. This will definitely help me to stay on track by basically stocking the house to support the meal plans. Unfortunately, I get off track because when my hubby says he wants Oreo’s he takes a whole 3 weeks to eat them when I can eat almost a sleeve in one sitting (Yes, I know. That is very unhealthy). So please wish me luck as I prepare our weekly meal plans.

It's a new Year!!! First, let me say.... I am a work in progress. I am a Wife, Mother and Photographer trying to find my way in this life story of mine. (more about me coming soon). I am not perfect, nor do I try to be.... I will say that I put all my heart into all that I do. I love to make others happy, that is what L.K.C. is all about. So with that being said let's make 2016 a year of planning and growing TOGETHER!
I have always been a horrible planner, so this year I want to turn that trait around and focus on scheduling/planning. I want to have a more organized and structured everyday family life as well as my work life .
